Position: Public Relations Manager
Job Location: Homefront Nursing LLC, 149 Northland Boulevard, Cincinnati, OH 45246
Job Duties: With a moderate degree of independent decision-making capability and moderate supervision, the Public Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all communication strategies, both internal and external, to ensure effective communication with clients, caregivers, staff, and stakeholders. Duties include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to effectively convey agency services, policies, and updates to clients, caregivers, and staff;
- Manage all communication channels, including email newsletters, social media platforms, website content, and print materials, to maintain consistent messaging and branding;
- Collaborate with management to develop key messaging for promotional materials, workshops and public relations initiatives;
- Act as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and manage business relationships to enhance agency visibility;
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement;
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all communication activities;
- Handle crisis communication situations with professionalism and sensitivity, ensuring transparency and timely updates to stakeholders;
- Provide guidance and training to staff on effective communication techniques, including active listening and empathetic communication;
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment of messaging and facilitate cross-departmental communication efforts;
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in communication to maintain a competitive edge.
Salary: $73,341 per year; full-time.

Education: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Public Relations, Communication, English, or closely related.

Skills Required: Must have professional experience with:
- Strategic Communication Planning: Proficiency in formulating and executing extensive public relations plans that are in line with the objectives of the firm, guaranteeing uniform and impactful message across all platforms.
- Media and Network Building: Proficiency in cultivating and sustaining robust connections with journalists, media platforms, and influential individuals to get favorable media exposure and oversee the organization’s public perception.
- Crisis Management: Demonstrating expertise in effectively managing crisis situations by prompt development and delivery of suitable answers, controlling the dissemination of information, and mitigating harm to the organization’s reputation.
- Content Creation: Proficient in content creation and storytelling, with a focus on developing captivating and influential material such as press releases, speeches, and social media postings. Skilled at crafting messages that effectively connect with specific target groups and effectively promote the organization’s objectives.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proficient in overseeing a public relations team, assigning responsibilities, offering direction, and cultivating a cooperative atmosphere to guarantee the effective implementation of public relations endeavors.

Position: Laboratory Biologist

Job Duties: With a moderate degree of independent decision-making capability and moderate supervision, the Laboratory Biologist will not only be responsible for setting up the diagnostics laboratory but also running and maintaining it. Duties include:
- Designing facility’s laboratory and working with different application software to compile evidence-based data for organizational research processes;

- Collaborating with other department members to design and conduct experiments and record findings;
- Managing the function and qualities of medical laboratory processes and compositions of specimens;
- Collaborating with other department members to design and conduct experiments and record findings;
- Collaborating with other department members to design and conduct medical laboratory tests and record findings;
- Direct, coordinate, organize, and prioritize biological laboratory activities;
- Develop guidelines for procedures;
- Assist in conducting safe blood sample collection procedures on specimens by executing and analyzing results;
- Assist in conducting chemical experiments on biohazards by executing, analyzing results, and making recommendations on further research;
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and data;
- Collect, analyze, and compile results from blood samples;
- Provide documentation and information regarding blood sample results to patients;
- Participates and collaborates in procedural and test form revisions and deviations;
- General maintenance of laboratory equipment and their respective SOPs and logbooks;
- Maintain log books related to inventory and equipment; and
- Ensure labs are clean and safe and properly stocked.
Salary: $52,333 per year; full-time.

Experience: 1 year of experience as a research/laboratory assistant or closely related.
Skills Required: Ability to analyze patient specimen samples and transit to lab. Ability to research the effects of substances such as drugs, hormones, and nutrients on tissues and biological processes. Ability to design experiments, collect and analyze data, and interpret results. Ability to provide guidelines on the performance and interpretation of laboratory investigations.
